It's on a title-by-title basis, really. Bayo2 for instance has unsync'd audio, SM3DW has terrible loading (and not just starting up the game), TPHD has 10 seconds between area changes...
It's due to SD card random access speed too so it'll never be improved until we have USB access which means IOSU anyway, and when IOSU is out, loadiine is completely irrelevant at that point
It's a best effort solution at best. It's amazing what it can do but I can't enjoy most games with it, little things annoy me too much

I see a lot of people shitting on Splatoon in this thread. Can we just discuss, then, the motivation behind locking finished maps and weapons that are on the disc to be released later at no charge? It's disc locked content in the literal sense, but as they're doing it freely they don't have money to gain from it. Using psychology tricks isn't likely to gain them money unless they were to make real DLC down the line, and I find it unlikely the knowledge that they added Kelp Dome to the rotation would suddenly make someone buy the game. I just don't understand what these gooks were thinking.
