Because after the hype, after the casual fun you initially have with the new shiny hotness, you slowly realize how repetitive it is, how it doesn't have much depth and, fuck, how even tf2 had a much higher skill ceiling with all the advanced movements you could do in it. I hate that everyone is head over heels for this game though just since It's a Blizzard game, if any other developer tried to release a multiplayer only fps game for $60 with micro transactions and not fully explained future content everyone would riot.
The reason I say its $60 is since its only available for $60 on PS4 and Xbox One with no $40 option on those platforms, only on PC
It's basically if the next COD of Battlefront games were released with only a multiplayer mode for $60 then no season pass, but forced everyone to buy cod points to get the map packs or make people purchase them individually
