The maps are just badly put together. You can break the mirror in hong kong and the entire crime syndicate will just sit at their cure little table in front of the entire bar. I'm not evey surprised anymore really. I remember when MGS2 was practically irredeemably bad because of how clunky the controls were and how overly-complex the story was. Now it's praised as a good thing because >Kojima was right memes. The game is still irredeemably bad. It shouldn't have been a MGS game at the least. It doesn't fit with the rest of the franchise at all. It's more out there than MGS5 really.
Also Raiden is still fucking trash. No matter how you justify it the game has a shitty protagonist that you have to play with for most of the game. I don't care if that was the whole point or not, a bad character is still a bad character.
At least AA wasn't on here this time. The story for AA just keeps getting more convoluted and confusing with each game added. Mostly because character arcs are practically non-existent because the design of the games themselves require characters to make dramatic changes to themselves with little to no real reason given.
That said, AJ probably had the best depiction of Phoenix Wright throughout the whole franchise....to bad that was completely shat on by the literal worst protagonist I've ever seen in the game industry so far.

I hate Chrono Trigger because I was never a fan of turn based RPGS. I never cared for Ghost Trick because I don't own a DS. I like Castlevania more than Metroid. Those other three are alright, but I think MGS2 is better than 3.
