I'm reserving judgement for a while. He's clearly still setting up how he wants the company to run, and it's likely we won't see the results of his attempts at streamlining production for another year, at least.
All he's done so far is basically lay the groundwork for a better Nintendo

It's likely that NX isn't even ready yet, let alone any of the games. It wouldn't be the first time Nintendo threw a console out that wasn't ready.
