Let's not exaggerate here. Non ex flashkick is invincible in the air and if someone lands a jump in combo on Guile he's going to have a least 1 bar.

Bad normals (somehow Nash has better Guile normals than Guile, go figure), non invincible flash kick and REALLY stupid corner combos.
He's no longer footsies based and defensive, you're going to be using booms way more than you should in neutral and his corner game is STUPID good.
I dont even know how they thought this would be a good change for Guile.
