NetHack, fastest ascension wins (in terms of total turns played, including possible failed games prior to ascension). NetHack is a heavily knowledge-based game and learning to beat it without spoilers tends to take 1k hours for a human, if Death isn't familiar with the game then my win is guaranteed even if we're generous and his superhuman ability allows him to ascend with just 50 hours (maybe 100k turns) of figuring the game out. On the other hand, if Death is already familiar with the game, there's enough randomness involved to give me a chance even against perfect play (and I'm a fairly experienced player, ascending more often than not and such like).
