Why are all the minigames dead now? It's not a lack of players, because a huge chunk of the difference in player count from Runescape's heyday and now was made up of bots. They really integrated well with skills, so all those skills you grinded are finally being put to good use. Dialogue options were pretty decent, but for a lot of quests it was up to you to figure things out. For some quests there are multiple ways to achieve your goal based on your skills kind of like what New Vegas does sometimes. (I.e. there is a map in this cell, you can either pay the prisoner to get it, use a telekinesis spell, or do some miniquest for him.).
