BO2 looked objectively better than MW2. Not to say that MW2 looked bad. BO2 just looked better in motion and overall scene composition/atmospheric department. MW2 graphics were more colorful and punchy though. BO2 has limb dismemberment, better weather and smoke effects, and better particle effects (remember dragon's breath?).
