OP, get some rehydration sachets from a pharmacist and drink water even if you don't feel like eating anything else, it will help.
also, play something where it doesn't matter if you have to pause a lot, but nothing you have to focus on too much. A mousou or something.

I had something very similar recently dude, it sucks. You're done barfing now but you will feel like you might for the rest of the day. Eat bread and water. When this happened to me I watched Louis Theroux documentaries all day, it was distracting enough and I rode it out in no time.
