There is zero reason to be under 70% equip load. Dex, quality, and Str can use similar armor setups depending on weapon weight. If anything dexfags should be able to put on /more/ armor than str.

Armour doesn't do shit in DS3 because the resistance increase is minimal and poise is non-existent. Wearing heavy armour is ALWAYS a poor choice unless you're level 200+ and don't give a fuck about wasted stats.
