Another way of telling them apart without opening them is checking for this Nintendo logo here. If it doesn't have it it's fake.
There are fakes that have them, but sometimes they're mispelled.
looks real from that pic, OP but it's a european copy. another easy way you can tell is the battery placement inside and the nintendo lettering on the gold contacts. otherwise, the label looks clean and printed correctly so it's very likely legit

The pokemon gba games are one of the most bootleged games out there. Go on ebay right now and just look at how many Pokemon Emeralds there are right now. Look at how many people have more than one for sale, or have multiple auctions selling the 5 gba games in a set. This game and the two castlevania gba games are HOT botleg items because they can be easily sold to chumps for a quick $20-30 each.
If you are buying pricey GBA games, BUY ONLY IF THE ORIGINAL BOX IS INCLUDED. Plain and simple. ITs too bad these guys ruined easy collecting, but i dont buy any gba game now unless its in box.
