Except that it's not a QTE prompt. It's mash circle to escape a grab. That's how combat works. An enemy does something, you do something to counter it.
You might as well say that all Arkham combat is QTEs because you have to hit triangle to counter.
UC1 is the only with QTEs, and there are maybe 3 in the game, all single-button presses. The devs came out and said they were a mistake, and wouldn't be putting them in future titles.

Would you say this is a QTE? Because it's the same mechanic. If you fuck up and let an enemy get close enough they might try to grab you, and you do a thing to escape the grab. Practically every action game has a variation on this concept. You're just throwing a bitchfit because there's a button on the screen? Turn that shit off in the options menu.
