Ever play Dynasty Warriors? It's LITERALLY that but one piece characters. Tends to be a love or hate deal. Lots of characters with unique moves is pretty cool.

The only noticeable difference is the draw distance and the saturation levels, both which you can fix with mods. That comparison is rigged since they're using different Luffy models.
PC's got supersampling and some nifty mods so it's better overall.
