Shit programmers, and the new store is basically an HTML5 rendered that can't into streaming assets without stuttering.
The most offensive thing of the current store is the shit-tier search menu. Have to cycle through a vertical of letters, wait for server to catch up on showing results, then put in the next letter, and repeat. Also can't use a keyboard for it like the old PS3 store.

The PS4 was designed to advertise, not to game, so when there is some new shit that had just came out for some app they will push it and shove it down your throat whether you like it or not, you can't personalize for that reason so the console in reality is still owned by Sony even tho you bought it.
I agree that the PS3/PSP were nice and minimal, if I wanted to game I go to the game Icon, want to listen to music go to the music icon, same goes for settings and video.
