Guns have perfect accuracy, the sounds are poor even for a GTA game, and you only need to shoot most people once for them to die (With the same boring death animation every single time)

That painfully awkward chugging pace really makes his ability complete shit. The only good thing GTAV did was signifigantly extend the range of weapons that was severely lacking in IV

shitty animations, shitty audio (this was a huge problem with gta5 in general for me, I can't play the game with headphones on because it sounds like the vo was recorded through a fucking phone or something)

The sounds in this game are a massive disappointment, thankfully there's a bunch of good sound packs out there now. Nothing to be done about the shitty voices though
