I think the gameplay is Xillia is good, that's why i didn't mention it when listing the negatives. But Vesperia was the last tales game i really enjoyed. Xillia 1/2 felt like they should have been packaged together like Tales of Graces and the Future arc. Neither felt to me like an adequate stand alone game because of all the flaws they both had. Neither seemed to have as much effort put into them as a full tales game should. That and the punishing you for multiplayer really hurt the gameplay for me since i usually play the tales games with two other people.
