Different voice actors, original art and sprites, and on top of that there's no cg scenes and only a select amount of dialogue is voiced. I would only play it if you played the PSP version first and wanted to see the game differently, there's no reason not to play the PSP version.

I must have made a huge mistake watching the TV series first.

I've only done chapter 1 so far on PC but it lacking the CG images the PSP one had is disappointing. The PC one is way faster though since there's a skip button so all extra endings are quicker to get. Overall I say get the PSP version for better art (though I do find the Indie art kind of cute) work and CG or wait for the 3DS one since it seems like it'll be an updated PSP version.
