What are some FPS games with amazing gunplay/gunporn?

Project Reality is great.

>>336035490
>how to loose your finger
Destiny beats everything else in that aspect.
>>336035603
It's in the filename.VR only.
>>336035224
Is ths what VR fps will be like?
>>336034989
>some people think this shit is clever.
>>336034934
Man I've always wanted to get into Jagged Alliance but never been able to. I fucked LOVED Silent Storm but I couldn't ever get into JA 1 or 2.
What the fuck am I missing. This shit pisses me off so much because I know I would love them otherwise.
>>336033329
IR scopes when?
>>336034989
I don't get why they had to cheat their own game engine just to make an object move from one place to another.
>>336035880
Maybe. The problem is how to do movement.
>>336036097
Bethesda is incompetent.
Do you know they claimed it was impossible to make you actually have climbing animations for ladders in Gamebryo?
Except Larian Studios did it just fine in Divinity 2.
>>336035926
t. playing on expert iron man mode
>>336036237
Why not put thumsticks on the controllers?
>play MGS Peace Walker
>notice how many guns this game have
>seeing MGSV trailers thinkin with all this tech what awesome gun porn this game will be
I wouldn't be much dissapointed that they look and their names are fake but they all feel like shooting .22 or bb guns.
>>336033329
Killing Floor 2 and Red Orchestra/Rising Storm
Rising Storm 2 looks promising as well

Man, this game would be awesome if I didn't have to pay $800 for a screen strapped to my face and two Wiimotes.
>>336036237
NIGGER FUCK SHIT BITCH DAMN
>>336036582
The controllers have a circle pad, the only issue is moving in VR tends to cause motion sickness due to the 3D effect.
>>336036582
The Oculus Touch controllers have thumbsticks, and the Vive wands have those touchpads, like the steam controller. But the thing is that certain kinds of movement in VR can cause discomfort. It's basically motion sickness in reverse. Circlestrafing seems to be especially bad.
>>336036653
The two controllers are legit amazing. People toss them to people while they are in vr and catch the controllers based off their 3d representation.
The screens are expensive as fuck due to their resolution and refresh rate at such a tiny screen. The tech is still just too damn expensive for common household use.
Minus some guffaws here and there, Payday 2 is surprisingly gun-porny.
Like, I love that the reloading animation for the RPG-7 has your character cocking the hammer of the launcher. Nobody ever shows that, for whatever reason.
>>336036954
So a type of Call of Duty/Battlefield/RedOrchestra type game would be illogical and wouldn't really be possible? Or am I missing the full picture?
>>336034481
>>336034628
I don't understand this. remedys games are really polished and have had loading animations since max payne 1. it must be an engine limitation or something because they aren't lazy devs
>>336037895
>evidence right there
>engine limitations
They didn't give a fuck, Remedy devs are hacks, all they cared about was "muh show" connection
>>336033329

I genuinely don't know. There are ways of reducing the possibility of sim sickness and apparently it's also possible to get used to it to some degree. There's a really old demo of a guy playing Half-Life 2 with VR and controls like that, too. But generally, people are still in the process of figuring out what works and what doesn't.
