Retro City is surprisingly good little sandbox game. If you can handle all the 80s and game references, it's well worth a dollar.
Citizens of Earth is also a charming little RPG, though whether it's worth the money is up for debate. Check some videos. Rhythm Thief is also surprisingly enjoyable.
