How the fuck is this boss allowed? It's far too fast and uses combos constantly, that's not what dark souls is about.
A boss like this would be fine in a DMC game but not in Souls. It's against the spirit of the game.

Honestly I think he's really easy if you dodge and really hard if you block. I did him first try too, but shield users all seem to struggle.

I got stuck on the Abyss Watchers the hardest. I had to relax and actually bother learning his moves after a short while and then it became easy. I kept trying to dodge to his side when he was doing the whirling fire nonsense and that made the fight really hard. Realizing I just had to wait for his vertical sword slash to beat him was what made it a lot easier.

I managed to beat Aldrich my second attempt, nothing he threw out seemed to be an issue to deal with. He only killed me initially because his arrow storm attack lasted much longer than what I was expecting on his second form.
Both him and the Dancer were fairly easy, managed to down the Dancer on my first attempt. She only did her spin 2 win once and I was fairly far away from it when she started using it.
Pretty much just Pontiff and the Abyss Watchers have given me trouble. I have died a lot getting summoned for Wolnir, but I still somehow managed to beat him my first attempt. He's a super goofy boss.
