No it doesn't. VAC doesn't even have ring 0 access which most cheats run in, hence why they are never detected until someone actually hands them over to valve. Get an education, moron.

Guide to CS:GO cheating
Staying safe from automated detection:
>only use private hacks, no public hacks ever
>only buy hacks from people with a storied, legit history in hack sales
>only use these same hacks for a month max, even if you trust the author
>only use private hacks with less than 100 overall users
>if you make your own hacks make sure they arent using shitty methods that were detected years ago or bait delayed VAC bans
>keep up with the hack community, people who write hacks are much rarer than leeches and other hack devs will actually help you
Fooling overwatch:
>never go higher than 2:1 KD even at silver rank (you'll rank up just as fast with 2:1 KD anyway)
>even if you have wallhacks, intentionally look the wrong way sometimes or let someone flank you
>dont look at silly angles you wouldnt look at; roleplay as a talented player, some of that skill might actually rub off on you
>understand crosshair placement, glide across common areas while walking while you pretend not to know exactly where the guy is hidden
>use realistic movement aimbots that control spray rather than zippy superfast head-focusing aimbots
>toggle off the aimbot and fail to kill someone sometimes
>if possible, only use noise esp rather than wall esp (since it will only highlight players when they stomp around or make noise)
>dont ever use a triggerbot, it never looks legit
