Even VR isn't impressive to me. I bought a Vive and it's been on my desk for the past 3 days doing nothing. There's nothing "clever" about VR, it's all mechanics based on being a human.

The way I initially understood things was KoA: Reckoning was a dedicated single player game to introduce everyone to the game world prior to the MMO hitting.
Thanks to the retard athlete they had to shit a game out to not lose all their money and so they took assets used on the mmo and made Reckoning.
It wasn't a terrible game but I had way higher hopes for it. It had elements I really liked but the typical MMO fetch quests and the half assed plot really dragged it down. Everything felt like it just wasn't quite finished.
