Fortify Restoration in Skyrim
it makes every single passive effect you apply to yourself while you're on it that much stronger. Including putting on enchanted armor/jewelry, where the item's stronger passive effect lasts until you take off the item (rather than until the restoration potion wears off). Combine this with putting on gear that boosts your alchemy while on the potion, and you can just create exponentially stronger potions (of all types)

My favorite way to get around in Morrowind was to make a spell that gave me thousands of points in athletics but only for one second. Then I would simply walk forward and jump just after casting the spell which would send you several miles across the map in a straight line.
Only issue was landing but after a bit of practice I got good at recasting the spell just before I hit the ground which would give me enough athletics that I wouldn't suffer any fall damage. Good times.
