Spider-Man has the perfect powerset for video games. It's just that few developers can actually get it right. It's way easier to create cool concepts for a Spider-Man game than it is for, say, Superman.
Batman as well. He has no powers, but he's a man with a bunch of gadgets and tools. That's a very convenient concept to build video games around.
Meanwhile, other western superheroes aren't as good for vidya. Green Lantern's powers are way too versatile so you'd never be able to give him full range of his powers, whereas limiting them to what the game's scope gives you is bound to leave people dissatisfied. Absolute free range is the worst possible concept you can use for a video game, since it's impossible to create a game that allows for complete and total freedom. Flight is also a very difficult power to work with, since unless the game is built entirely around it, it grants you far too much freedom in terms of movement.
