Well I won't go into too much detail, but I'll tell you that they aren't actually dangerous in any way. People say that they'll give you cancer but that's a ton of crap. The real cause of cancer is acidic blood. Acidic blood has extreme difficulty carrying oxygen. I guess Nier is more personal; its hard for me to not to consider essential however due to some of the routes it takes as a game. Its a game that tells its story through a lack of information, and it constantly switches genres throughout while using a mishmash of genres in its regular gameplay. Its an ARPG with bullethell elements that occasionally switches genres to visual novel or horror, and sometimes switches perspective to top down rather than from behind. It keeps the gamepaly fresh and unique, and sort of gives you a brief ride through various different types of games as you play. It uses parts of its gameplay to push the importance of its plot, such as making it to where the game deletes your save file after getting all of the endings and making it to where you can't name your character the same as your first character's name after doing so. Its strange and uses a lot of parts of it being a game to do things a lot of other games don't, helping it stick out in a players mind. I like that it tells story through gameplay. The lack of information presented means that your actions in the game, as in what you the player do, are put into question once you replay it for the 2nd ending. I feel like these sorts of things make it a really important game. Perhaps its too much of a personal choice, but I can't help but recommend it to anyone new to video games trying to see what all they can do.

Smoking daily is where weed actually stays in your system for a long time, but its rare for it to exceed 7 days, and exceptionally rare for it to exceed 10 days, provided you aren't obese or have an abnormally slow metabolism.
Retail jobs don't care. Companies that provide career salary and benefits often do.
If i were you i'd buy a bunch of at home piss tests at the 50ng/ml (standard cutoff level). Stop smoking until you can piss and achieve a solid line indicating you're clean. Then smoke a few bowls and see how long it takes to leave your system.

If you're worried about the effectiveness of at home drug tests, don't. How drug testing works is that when you arrive at the test facility they give you are taking a "preliminary" test. It is essentially the same thing as a home test. 50ng/ml cutoff level. The only difference is that it tests for creatine levels, specific gravity and temperature. You only have to worry about these things if you are attempting to sub or use synthetic urine. Otherwise, the tests are identical.
If you fail the preliminary tests, it gets sent to another lab for a GC/MS test at a 20 ng/ml. This test is expensive and very accurate. If you fail the preliminary you're essentially fucked for this one.
See where you fall, and stick to your schedule until you determine whether or not your employer randoms people.
