Was I the only one who didn't have trouble with the camera? I was able to lock on to him just fine. The only thing I didn't really like about the fight was killing his dragon over and over again started to feel very tedious and annoying.

2nd phase is when you need to roll and use a straight sword. He's pathetic if you do that. Every 6-7 hits he'll stagger and you can riposte.
Trust me, I know how you feel. But, as a practice run, fight second phase without a shield and strictly roll. He has some of the most telegraphed attacks in fucking souls history.

Yes, the one where he flies straight up means you just run opposit of him as fast as possible, pretty easy to dodge.
The regular breath on the ground is where you deal the most damage to him.
Make sure you catch his telegraph for it fairly quickly, if you do, run to the left and towards him. You hook around the flames and his far head will be spitting fire for a good 3 seconds while you wail on him.

When did From lose their touch? There's no flow to combat in this game and every enemy acts exactly the same. There's almost no chance of getting in a strike in between blows like Dark Souls because every move tracks so much and even if you do you'll probably cop a hit while you're still recovering. I feel like they were under pressure from Bamco to make it 'hard' but all they really accomplished was making every encounter boring.

This boss is visually cool but mechanically his design is fucking terrible. The fight is not hard, it's just extremely tedious.
You will only ever get to hit him once every 5 seconds or so and with the amount of health he has killing him feels like a chore on top of another chore because you have to slog through fighting his worthless fucking dragon every time too.

I didn't have any camera problems phase 1.
It's probably because I've played so much Monster Hunter, I'm used to tracking big things without lock-on

The thing about Nameless King is that he attacks so fast and so often that all but 1 of his attacks is punishable.
The only move he does where you can attack more than once is where he jumps into the air, charges and then leaps down at you.
That's ONLY because he doesn't follow it up with an attack straight after. Seriously. DS3 bosses are kind of designed really terribly.
