No, Hollows don't respawn. The point is that the bones of a hollow no longer burn with the warmth of the flame, thus tossing their bones in the flame does nothing. The shirt alone looks like shit with anything else, especially with Dusk's crown. The braided mask makes that set. The only thing I can see working elsewhere are the leggings with other white cloth chest pieces.
