The game is an unbalanced mess, trading is so restricted it's hilarious, massive limits on everything you can do without paying a monthly fee.
Remember how people laughed at SWTOR because it had pay to sprint at f2p release?

not him but I can tell you that the devs are trying to cash in hard before they abandon the game.
You are crazy restricted if you dont pay the 20$ sub fee , yes 20$ fee for a month and what you get is you are allowed to trade with other people who have a sub, you can put more items in the AH, you can visit 3 dungeons a day and you get a move speed bonus and more xp bonus.
The game is a huge mess, many quests are totally broken , skills are broken, classes are broken,the engine is god awful and doesnt matter what PC you have , you will have sometimes under 10 fps because the engine is too awful.
The economy is fucked also because some BR fags abused some exploit and got free gold and subs and used them to make bots, the top 100 highest level players are all bots, the whole game is infested with bots on a level you have never seen in modern mmo games and guess what will happen when the game goes F2P?
Also the game is very linear and simple, I could go on and on why the game bombed in Korea and why its bombing in West too , and as a last thing to buy a new hair cosmetic you pay between 20 to 30$
