Pretty much any "pro" streamer uses a separate computer for the actual streaming that just gets video from a splitter.
Certainly any tournament stream would. No idea what kind of format you would play though, game is the most fun in large scale conflicts obviously but good luck putting together actual 30+-player teams that aren't complete jokes.
