Blue. Enemies with percentage dealing attacks won't do much damage and I can heal it faster with potions.
Ex:

>Enemies special attack deals 50% HP damage
>350HP left
>Potions heal 100 damage
As opposed to having 1500 HP and only healing a fraction

As always with these things you can think up scenarios where each item is best.
Perhaps you need a lot of loot for crafting or for upgrading your weapons or something. Drops would be useful then.
But perhaps drops are only health-related and are used instantly, in which case drops aren't that useful.
Perhaps every fight is easy and the real challenge is dodging 1-hit-kills so health and armor doesn't mean shit.

Green is literally Easy Modo.
Red has the most POTENTIAL (assuming HP is a liquid commodity like it usually is in vidya)
Blue is the best for potion economy.
Yellow is for the gambling man.
I'd probably go with red. Buffering fixed damage caused by poison, benefiting more off stat boosts, and optimizing rage / HP sacrificing is deceptively top tier.
