Nash has a vskill that absorbs fireballs giving him more opportunity's to do his teleport shenanigans guile basically cant throw fireballs. And before you say well why doesnt guile do vskill into fireball so nash cant absorb? Once anyone realizes that they just go in when they see the vskill pop.

Guile can throw fireballs, even if Nash wants to sit there and grab them. Then, when Guile VSkills it's not as if the other player just goes blind and decides to chuck a boom into it. If he VSkills and Nash moonsaults, he can just Flash Kick. If he Vskills and Nash dashes, Guile can probably chuck a boom anyway.
Besides, at max range Guile doesn't have to be active. Nash has to. His game relies on it.

Be in his face constantly with the shoulder tackle or st. MK (both are relatively safe) and study his behavior. If he constantly crouch blocks, go for overheads. If he blocks them too, go for throws. If that doesn't help, try to land a few hits and then back up. He will try to regain advantage, which makes him open for counters eventually.
