This is good for objective based games with respawn. Faglords hiding in the back trying to snipe nothing are cancer. If you aren't a goddamn beast mowing opponents down with a high kpm you should be supporting or doing objectives.
The problem with Over watch is everyone is so goddamn slow. If Widow can ohk with a headshot then there is little reason to not have at least one on your team at all times. No one moves fast enough to really be a tough target besides people who can make shields and people who can get high enough to make their heads not visible at certain angles.

The medics in Overwatch are so whack and ever more gimped than the TF2 medic. ET, BF, DB, etc all get it right. Medic is essential to keep the team topped off, but can also provide cover fire and can easily kill closer enemies. The fun of medic was being able to juggle fighting and keeping everyone alive. Getting the most kills while everyone was alive and at 100% health is the best.
Right now Overwatch is such a ckusterfuck that you always want to heal or buff and do nothing.

brazillian guys heals/speed boosts are an aura, so you can be dealing dmg and knocking people back constantly
tibettan monk guy throws a heal orb that then passively heals the target it's attached to, leaving him free to apply his weakness orb (target takes more damage) and his damage output is beastly (probably highest damaging support?)
indian chick throws tiny shields and just teleports people and sets up turrets while using her draining gun to kill people
swiss chick is the only one who babies their target with a tf2 style medigun that can either heal or amp damage
her pistol is ok but nothing amazing
end of the game, people are graded on their roles jobs, receiving medals for dealing damage, healing, people killed with ultimate or special ability, objective taking, time spent on/doing objective, overall % of teams dmg done and overall % of teams dmg taken
you can then commend 1 of 4 people for doing well at a stat chosen by the game (ie. most healing done, most damage tanked, highest kill streak)
I don't think commending does anything? except say "epic!" at 5 and "legendary!" at like 8 or so?
