How's that open beta negros? I haven't played gears in years, but the learning curve isn't too high to get in some kills

Haven't played the beta since it was Open, but played the closed beta a shit ton.
It's a lot of fun, I just wish they'd add Escalation to the beta, or at least Blitz.

character feels weightless
sound is shit (no torque bow rev up sound)
graphics are shit
yanking is cool
vaulting seems better
It's somehow worse than Gears of War Remastered which also sucks

I agree, but I haven't had any issues with the torque.
I can't hear anyone running up on me at all.
Also, I like the weightlessness of the characters. After playing so much UE, having a game that isn't slow as shit is nice.

but its just not their weight, the impact of anything feels nullified as well. When beating in a swarms head it just feels like your gently tapping them instead of trying to ram your fist through their skull. Game needs more gore as well not even any bleedout blood trail when your downed

Never really noticed it, but now that I think about it, you're right.
Honestly, I don't care too much about the gore, and I hope I can turn it off in the full game because that blood splatter can get in the way if there's someone else around you.
