Size Matters was only a PSP game, but it had by far the most diversity in armor. You could wear different parts of each set to obtain different effects. The most powerful effect besides the chameleon hologram one was from the stalker set. It made your wrench ethereal and filled with poison. When you swung at something, the poison gets left inside them and kills them pretty fast. Another one was the Hyperborean armor. 92% damage resistance and it would freeze solid anything you touched with the wrench.
