I'm usually against censorship if it means taking something of actual importance out of a game or something that affects the actual intended plot, but if it's just for something as little as a wardrobe change, I don't get all high and mighty either on what Nintendo should and shouldn't censor.
Kinda like that one censor in... one of the Fire Emblem games? This chick was wearing something obviously very fan-service, but then it was changed into a towel instead. And honestly, I didn't mind that change too much, because the original outfit didn't seem like it would fit in the medievil setting that Fire Emblem uses. It felt too forced honestly. I mean, we all like a bit of fan service, but in my case, I guess I like it when it doesn't feel TOO out of place or too forced.
I mean, there's a thing called subtlety which many Japanese developers don't seem to be aware of regarding fan service.

Atlus is localizing it. But Nintendo is the Publisher, and they have the final say what stays in or out.
Same thing with Bravely Second. Where Square was the developer and the publisher in Japan. They contracted Binari Sonori to localize the game, but Nintendo, as the Western Publisher had the final say, and you already know the end of the story.
