Obviously the one with the most games you like. You're not going to enjoy PC + Wii U if you don't like nintendo games. You also won't enjoy PC + PS4 if you don't like the games that are on PS4.

WiiU has more exclusives. But PS4 has more weeb games. Now if more of those weeb games get ported to PC like Tales, Nep, Valkyria Chronicles etc, then that would make the PS4 irrelevant and WiiU would win by default.

It seems like more PSP/Vita/PS weeb games are coming to PC, plus PSP is easily emulatable and a Vita emu will probably come out soon. If you want "muh mobile" experience just use Moonlight streaming if you have an Nvidia card or some 3d party thing for AMD and you can play on your smartphone.
