Too scary. Zelda is barely in the game.
One of the highlights of (most) Zelda games is the ability to leisurely explore the world, finding secrets along the way or just enjoying the environments. MM takes that away with its bullshit time limitation, which makes certain activities like fishing s hassle because you have to keep an eye on the clock instead of just kicking back and taking in the comfy.
The time mechanic makes the game tedious af.

Most of the sidequests end with either a shitty one-use mask or a piece of heart, giving me almost zero motivation to do anything but the main quest.

Both N64 Zedas could stand to have less stiff controls.
Majora could use a few mini-dungeons, such as OoT's Ice Cavern
I get why Majora only has 4 dungeons, but I would've liked a few more side-quests that weren't NPC-oriented
As it stands the total dungeon list is
