What has censorship ever affected gameplay? The only case I can think of is I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, and that just makes an ending impossible to get.
This is actually such a minor and pointless change that them going so far as to get a VA to rerecord a line in a language most people playing the game don't even speak makes almost as bad than something that does affect gameplay.
