v1.13 ja2 has it and the as val. Accurately they are the quietest weps and good short range carbine for CQB.

i love odd looking guns but the vintorez is just too weird for me, the plastic grip and the suppressed barrel make it looks like a toy rifle, but it was pretty great in STALKER.

it's great in BFBC2 as well but the 20 round mag and low extra ammo makes it difficult to main
Arma 3 is probably your best bet for a good VSS feel, but make sure you get a good model, half of the VSS' in arma are horrible.

Maybe it'll become slightly more meta with the skill tree overhaul, it's one of the few guns capable of getting the max reload bonus off of the reload skill in the Oppressor tree.

It's built further upon the AS VAL which was made for select units like spetnaz internal affairs and other non standard military units. It's not made for open warfare but for "other" kind of warfare.
