happened to me with Pontiff and Dancer
Aldrich is a bit of a dick

>Doing the Anri quest in NG+ and get summoned for Aldrich
>The boss flops around like a retard the entire time and even though Anri just bugged out and stood at fog gate the entire time I kill it in about 40 seconds at full health
>Get to Aldrich in my game and he spams his rain of arrows and magic and shit is getting crazy for the entire fight
I still killed him but I think across all the Souls games and BB Aldrich feels like the most random fight to me that can be either really hard or very easy.

I probably just got lucky because she only every did her swing combo 3 times and I just rolled through it.
Pretty easy boss.
Same with Dragonslayer Armour, He could only be easier if he shouted out what attacks he was about to do.I had trouble with Wolnir though.

He kept spawning skeletons and moving forward on me.
One time he pushed me right into the wall so I couldn't do anything.
The next time I 'accidentally' took out both rings on one wrist at the same time so it only counted as 1 hit, meaning it was impossible to win against him.
I got him on my... 8th try? Only to find out he is meant to be super easy.
I have some sort of reverse difficulty, I 1shot hard bosses and get stuck on easy bosses.
I got stuck on the pig in the Undead Parish, but Capra Demon was a joke.
Smelter Demon and Fume Knight were piss easy, but I got raped so brutally on Royal Rat Vanguard.

aldrich was no way near the top 5 hardest. run up and smack the worm butt, dodge away when she moves, run to the opposite side of the room and repeat. pretty much all you have to do.
