Depends on what "past ips" you're crying about imo. I'd rather focus on the games that exist than crying about the ones that don't. Like getting Yakuza, and 7th dragon, and things of that sort localized. I can't even think of an old Sega series I'd like revisited besides Ecco and after the 3d games I don't think sega's capable anyway
