It's not a 'lot', and they're not 'bosses', but- Ori and the Blind Forest.
The chases after you replace each McGuffin are energetic, very challenging, filled with some of the best music and visuals in the game, all memorable.
I can understand people not liking DS3 for various reasons but saying it doesn't have good boss fights is being a straight up contrarian

This is a fucking epidemic on 4chan lately. I get that spoonfeeding constantly is bad, but posters on here don't put any fucking effort in anymore.
