I cheat a lot but on single player games only. I like having lots of money in videogames
When I'd play pic related. I'd cheat all the time because it was expected the other team would too. Also the ways I cheated never actually helped me team win. I would do dumb shit like no-clip into walls and stick my head out as a scientist to infect people.
Not to mention it was full of nothing by laggy mexicans/brazilians. They'd get super pissed even if you legitly won and then cheat on the rematch. It actually added a strange kind of meta to online versus because you'd end up battling over key points in stages needed to do hacks/glitches.
Pissing off mexicans/brazilians is really easy too. Just remind them of their dirty water and speak in horrible broken spanish to them and they just explode. I had one guy tell me he was in a cartel and he had people on the way over to kill my family.

I'm not a particularly good player. I have around 300 hours in TF2 and I've had it since beta, almost 10 years ago. I don't play competitive ever, I just play it casually every now and then. I still dominate every scoreboard of every pub I go on and I still get people screaming at me that I'm hacking.
You don't even need that much skill, let alone hacks. Just tracking someone as they circlestrafe around you seems to be more then most of these people can take, and when you follow someone who jumped over your head and turn around to shoot them they seem to consider that the pinnacle of impossible aimbot cheatery. It's not like the other two or three semi-competent people on a given pub server will be the ones freaking out, it's always the shitter at the very bottom of the list.
