Falcon-Marth is a pretty even matchup desu.

Falcon-Fox the hardest by far
Falcon-Puff, Falcon-Falco, Falcon-Sheik are all difficult but very doable.
Sheik has always been overrated, she has to gimmick neutral so hard, gets crouch canceled by literally everyone, and her dash-attack and short-hop are both garbage.

Nah, the off-stage came in melee is the best in all of the series and that only happens because of the brilliant ledge mechanics of melee. and just watch someone like Mang0 recover, his angles are their own little mini-game and just knowing the possibility of getting ledge-grabbed at the last moment is terrifying.
And it's not like there is no 'ledge-trumping' or w/e, which is why roll-ons are a thing.
