Even though I don't care for the story or multiplayer i like the gameplay, and it'll be a fun coop campaign.
I like the multiplayer when it isn't a lagfest. Also, actives whenever you want is stupid and so is the Torque Bow not making any noise

What's the problem with actives anytime? I was never that into multiplayer because of how the meta was always just jumping between cover with the shotgun

Actives is basically a damage boost. It's handled pretty poorly in the game. In previous games when you get an active reload, you only get active shots for all of the rounds missing in your mag. In this game even if you fire any rounds you will always have a full active clip. Also, even if you miss a reload and jam your gun you can sill just reload a second time without firing a shot to get a damage boost. So basically you can reload forever even if you didn't fire any rounds
