Gravity Rush 2 is the one I'm most hyped for, by a lot, shit looks amazing.
Also looking forward to Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator, I Am Setsuna, Zelda U, Nier Automata, No Man's Sky, Pokemon Sun/Moon, Last Guardian, Yooka Laylee, Tales of Berseria and probably even more.

It doesn't have any official full title yet so official sources just use placeholder titles for it like "The Legend of Zelda Wii U" or just "The Legend of Zelda". 'Zelda U' is the most common name fans use for it in my experience.
