1.Link the Fire is self-explanatory and jcontinues the cycle. Everything is fine for a moment, but later on history will just repeat itself.
2.End of Fire ends the cycle and returns the world into what it was before Gwyn lighted the first flame. Mankind will probably ultimately perish, but there's also a sliver of hope and chance of something else happening (f.ex. Aldrich's idea of Age of Deep Sea, though I doubt that would be good for mankind). The Firekeeper Soul and Firekeeper (once you give her the eyes) both tell about the player character finding their own "peace", whatever that is supposed to be.
3.End of Fire where you kill the Firekeeper is just a more evil version of the previous ending. I have no fucking idea what the player character is doing with the last dying flame at the end.
4.Lord of Hollows ending saves all Hollows, probably makes them stay physically hollow but mentally sane. Londor Braille Divine Tome mentions "This is a forbidden tome, as it offers salvation to all Hollows, and conversely curses all things living." and usurping the Flame perhaps extends that type of effect on the whole world. The way I understood this ending is that all current Hollows get saved, but everyone else will probably get fucked.
