you should realize that he will always cast his teleport spell 2-3 seconds after she casts those little bolts (as in the webm)
in the webm you make the mistake of attacking precisely in that 2-3 second window before he teleports
you need to be ready to dodge roll several times after that:
first to dodge the teleport
secondly to dodge incoming bolts
third to dodge a possible second teleport or any remaining incoming bolts depending on your distance
When he attacks, roll forward-right until you get behind him. Then whack him.

How do I get my ass less kicked at Irythil and Smouldering Lake?
I had to literally roll the entire place in Irythil after the second bonfire until I got to the boss. Then a friend suggested going to Smouldering Lake because I skipped it, only to make me quit the game after almost having a heart attack dealing with those flying spears and that fucking giant worm.
I was having fun before, but this is too much.

blessed weapons give passive healing over time. The heal rate is faster the more it's upgraded. I put 2 blessed gems on 2 cestus and +9d them because they're lightweight. I switch to them when I'm not actually killing anything. Coupled with the princess ring you can actually heal pretty fucking fast without having to cast any spells or use any skills.I also do it in PVP when I'm running away and dropping rope firebombs.

This fight was much easier for me than Dragonslayer Armor, Dancer and Pontiff.
Also stay close to them, Lothric doesn't spam his magic quite as often if you stick near them.
Have fun with soul of ash and pray he doesn't use his regen mircale too often.

Having Regenerators Ring, Adjundactor's Shield and a Blessed Weapon was a one of my favourite builds. Poison Swamp didnt even hurt you.

Dude some people struggle with some bosses which others don't, why? Well because each build has it's strengths and weaknesses.
I for one with moonlight greatsword struggled to get this boss, whereas my friend who had a faith build got this in just 2 trys.
On the other hand, I got nameless king on my 3rd try & he instead needed my summon to beat his ass.
