The biggest difference between them is that Trucy is shrouded in mystery from the moment she is introduced. Another is that she doesn't ever need saving, or at least doesn't require the player to save her (until AA6). Lastly, Trucy is much more reserved compared to Maya.

I personally think Klavier is the worst prosecutor because he's just a nice guy. He's extremely boring and barely reacts to his brother and band-mate being villains, it never felt like he particularly wanted to be a prosecutor. He's fine as a character, but completely ineffectual as a rival.
