lots of good ones, pirate doom, trailblazer, doom metal (for sound) ketchup for gore, you can get hd texture and sprite packs dont think they have any specific names russian overkill is also pretty fun and so is reelism

While it's not exactly the same gameplay as Doom, Demonsteele is really fucking fun with a cute loli with lots of melee and sword abilities and cyborgish character who focuses more on guns. I've been playing the hellbound wad and it's pretty tough but super fun with the sword loli.

For that you want some sort of sourceport. Chocolate doom keeps it closest to the original I believe, while stuff like gzdoom will have more compatibility with those more exotic mods with lots of gameplay changes.

yeah just run the wads through gzdoom. that alows mouse freelook and resolution choice. you can run your mods through it as well

eh i've tried demon steele a bit but frankyl i dont care for anime lolis. i'd rather play shadow warrior half conversion so you still get the kick ass lo wang sword and gun fun. its ok in samsara as well that also lets you play as lo wang.

there was a patch released to fix that and the mod comes with the patch installed already so it isn't a problem anymore.,thank godness you couldn't even launch the game without it.
